Getting Help: Teens

 

If you are a teenager, and have been abused, tell a trusted adult about the abuse. If they don’t do anything, tell someone else. There are some books that you may also want to read and other information you may want to get.

The important thing to remember is that YOU DO NOT HAVE TO GO THROUGH THIS ALONE. You may also want to get some help in talking about anything that is troubling you. A trusted relative or school counselor or other adult can help you find someone to talk to. Also see the information in the link below.
